Apple has released the teaser trailer for its anticipated first original drama series “The Morning Show” starring Jennifer Aniston, Steve Carell and Reese Witherspoon.
The series pulls back the curtain on early morning TV and includes audio snippets of scenes and video offering a tour of the various sets. However, there’s no footage of the actors in character.
Carell plays Mitch Kessler, a morning show anchor who is struggling to maintain relevance in a changing media landscape. He and Aniston seem to be the show’s main co-anchors.
The series already has a two-season order of twenty episodes. “The Morning Show” will debut exclusively on Apple TV+ this fall.
